Great stay in the Cypress...

Liked: The property was well-maintained and well-accessible to Highway 290, with plenty of parking. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff at the check-in desk was extremely helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well.
Disliked: N/A

Would think twice about location...

Liked: The property was clean, rooms were large, the dining area was large. No complaints at all about the hotel itself.
Disliked: We had several family members in for a funeral and one of our family had their truck stolen. It was a very nice vehicle. The staff acted like they were not surprised or acted concerned at all. No security on the premises. Of course the cameras showed nothing. Another vehicle just down the road also had one stolen from it we were told by the sheriff. It looks like a good area but I guess you never know. I hate to give the hotel a bad review because again the stay other than this would have been excellent.
