Not IHG Quality 2 star...

Liked: in desperate need of renovation. a 2 star hotel at best. emailed manager with no response. phone number goes direst to voicemail. staff unwilling or unable to contact management. this was not in line with a IHG property. stains on bedspread and walls. furniture soiled. A deposit required but previously damage not repaired. Only one working ice machine, signs defer to other floors where it was inoperable.
Disliked: Cleanliness, inexperienced staff. No on site management. No advertised amenities, i.e., restaurant or "happy" hour. Filthy elevators and rooms. Can not in good faith recommended this property to anyone

It was an experience.

Liked: The only things I liked about the property was the staff and the breakfast.
Disliked: I didn’t like the location at all, I made the mistake of choosing this spot specially because there’s a high criminal rate around the area, a lot of people lingering around at night in the parking lot, unfortunately I had my front plate stolen in the property and had to make a report and take care of this annoying issue. Additionally, the room had a lot of flaws (paint defects and defective furniture) which I had to bring to the attention of the staff so they don’t blame me for it and take my deposit for them. Unfortunately, I won’t choose this hotel in the future of even consider it.
