Hotel was Good...... Booking.com terrible!

Liked: That the staff was accommodating because Booking.com never did their part to reserve the room although we received a confirmation!
Disliked: Booking.com did nothing first, the inconvenience of the room. We had to jump through hoops to get a representative on the phone, and the only thing she offered was reimbursement for any difference but we had already paid for a different room going directly through the hotel and IT WAS CHEAPER! When I asked for her to confirm our stay in NY in December, she couldn't help! This was a quick one stay before we got on a cruise, and thank god they had another room! Not a good experience!
