Pretty good stay overall.

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were big and stocked with Dove products (my favorite part). I also enjoyed the fact they had free breakfast and a stocked mini-mart.
Disliked: We had a view of a graveyard.

Liked: Inside of hotel was pretty nice, staff was helpful, and security in parking lot at night because of local event. Hotel itself is great place to stay if you are going to White Oak music hall
Disliked: The area around hotel is "sketchy" at best. Single Driveway in/out isnt the greatest,

Great stay

Liked: Check in and out was easy and quick. The room was spacious and clean as well as the bathtoom and shower. Breakfast included was a plus and it was an easy location to get to.

Liked: The staff was really friendly and they were able to answer any questions about the local area.
Disliked: The beds were low BUT I believe it was due to the type of room we choose.

Pleasant great Service

Liked: Very Friendly Staff, very clean through the Area We Visit from the front door to the room everything were Beautiful / Clean had a very pleasant smell, I would have given it all excellent but the noise from the intersection were very noise through out the day & night but over all it was great pleasant staying there! Thanks

Exceptional

Excellent yet relaxing

Liked: The breakfast was good though I feel a few more options may be introduced. The gym was excellent. The pool was cool. My highlight was the size of the room and how it had everything I needed including a microwave but I will suggest complimentary bottled water be provided (though I got at the Express shop at the reception). I also enjoyed the ready to cook meals being sold at the Express shop such as soups, noodles, spaghettis, pizzas etc. The hotel was so quiet I started wondering if I was the only guest but later discovered there were so many other guests; I really loved that. The staff members are fantastic; they were always willing to help and always asking if you were okay once they saw you. They were also willing to store my luggage. Then if you come outside in the night or just by sunset and look at the building, the hotel has a breath-taking view. It was a relaxing, yet beautiful experience for me.
Disliked: I loved every bit and will definitely be back. Maybe a few more options for breakfast though. Also, I will suggest complimentary bottled water in the rooms.
