Superb
Liked: Breakfast was great and situated where we could view the beautiful Texas Sunrise.
Disliked: We had thought there was a restaurant near by so were lucky to have a few crackers and cheese to tie us over. Also make sure if you stay you have the street number as our taxi driver didn't know which of these hotels to go to so that was a bit stressful.

NO Shuttle service !
Disliked: You mentioned on your website that there is a free shuttle from Airport to the hotel but NO AVAILABLE such services !!! I have 12 member of the family traveling with us and I have no option but to rent a van or 7 seater car to accommodate all of us. I spent additional $ 217 just because of this false advertisement of your hotel. It’s very frustrating !!!

IT WAS A BASIC PLACE...
Liked: THE YOUNG MAN WHO CHECKED ME IN WAS VERY NICE AND AS HELPFUL AS POSSIBLE GIVEN HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING.
Disliked: NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE, NO CLOSE DINING OPTIONS EXCEPT BREKFAST ON SITE. NO BELLHOP/ASSISTANCE WITH BAGS, NO BATHTUB.

Liked: The rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: We booked this months in advance and chose it based on 1. brand experience 2. free airport shuttle 3. competitive rate and 4 location away from runway paths. Our stay was end of January. The prior November the hotel provided me a phone number to call for shuttle and said it was available 24 hours per day. 10:30 pm I called fir the airport shuttle and was told "we no longer do that " Uber round trip to airport cost is an additional $55. We could have stayed at a nicer hotel, closer to the airport. I feel ripped off.

Far from airport, no shuttle
Liked: Clean and comfortable bed
Disliked: THEY NO LONGER HAVE AIRPORT SHUTTLE. And this hotel is far from the airport. Cost us 45$US just in taxi alone. False advertising.
