I had a horrible experience

Disliked: Both rooms I was switched to were dirty. Blood on the bed and blood on the shower curtains. The tubs and the mirrors were dirty.

My overall stay was bad.

Liked: The staff working there was very friendly.
Disliked: The upkeep wasn’t good at all. At breakfast they was a roach and also in my room. House cleaning came twice to take the trash out for the 7 nights I was there. I had to keep taking out my trash myself. The vending and ice machine was done. I couldn’t use the gym because everything was broken. It was one of the worse hotel experiences I had. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to stay here.

Liked: There customer service is very poor and no room service… That staff is rude very unprofessional.
Disliked: No towels no room service
