Disliked: The AC in my room was not working and I asked for help but nobody could help because the guy at the front desk said that they didn't have any other room available and the maintenance guy doesn't work on weekends, I wasn't able to contact the manager either because doesn't work on weekends too. So I paid for a very bad service and for a room with no ac. I am very disappointed

Liked: The rooms were nice and the staff were amazing.
Disliked: The bathroom door didn’t close. There was wire hanging from the ceiling.
