Liked: Location to our business function. Spaciousness of room. Room was very clean, not so the breakfast area.
Disliked: We were on 3rd floor, with many families with wild late night children. They were running in halls, hollering, slamming doors. Blame parents. Went to reception desk at 10:45 PM to complain. Offered to move us. Too late for that! Moved next day. Better!

Liked: Our room never got new towels ,also the breakfast seem hard potatoes and biscuits were like rocks we called about pool before we got there to see not open
Disliked: No towels bad food then staff lied

Liked: The room was very large and spacious. We enjoyed the roominess of the bathroom and the shower was fantastic.
Disliked: Check in with the larger gentleman at the front desk was painful. He seemed annoyed that we were keeping him from his phone. The breakfast nice but could have been better quality, no pancakes but they had eggo waffles. Dirty cleaning rag was found in room

Disliked: The breakfast provided was at best substandard, with somethings being completely inedible.

Liked: The handicapped roll in shower room availability and the entire staff.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The room was very spacious.
Disliked: The room appeared clean when we checked in, but you could tell housekeeping had just done a quick room clean of surface items. We found a bowl of chips, pizza crusts, and other random food underneath one of the chairs in the corner. It was so gross.

Liked: Everything was perfect like always.
