Liked: Location, room, pool and staff were great. Breakfast was okay, hot food could have been hotter but other wise lots great with lots of options, especially for kids!

Liked: The staff was very friendly. They took care of accommodation quickly. They made sure the breakfast bar was restocked regularly.
Disliked: The whole night from around 11 pm to 7 am, a group was partying down below us somewhere, and they were fighting horribly. We kept getting woke up all night. Nobody told them to quiet down, and we were afraid that we'd get shot or something if we contacted the front desk. The area wasn't the greatest. This was the first time in Hermiston, Oregon, for us. We will not be returning. I used to work for Clarion (once Holdiday Inn Express), and they would use cameras down hallways to make sure of safety issues or party's going on. They would quickly tell the guest to keep it down if it was within resting hours. This did not happen here. We leave this review to warn about the area. We never asked for a refund and didn't expect one, so this negative review isn't because of those reasons it is solely based upon the area and the no cameras to keep monitoring loud groups plus our experience while trying to rest especially having our baby with us.

Room was clean night shade...

Liked: I thought the breakfast was excellent. I had light shining in room all night because shade wouldn't work also moulding around heater was falling off.

Don't stay here if noise...

Liked: Coffee was excellent and breakfast offering very good.
Disliked: The traffic noise was intolerable. Sound insulation none existent. What would otherwise be a fine hotel stay was miserable due to inability to sleep because of the noise. A real shame.
