Liked: Room was great. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The person checking us in, charged the card we used to book the reservation after we told her we wanted to change to a different card as we just learned about the $200 deposit hold. The staff were not that friendly. We walked by a few times and everyone was on a phone. These things did not take away from our room being great - and we think good value. Just noticed the staff we had was maybe inexperienced and a bit rude.

Liked: Everything was new. Very clean and modern feel. Quiet neighborhood.
Disliked: I had to pay for the parking. I feel like the parking should be included.

Liked: Breakfast could’ve had a little variety from day to day
Disliked: When asking for two more pillows we were told they could only give us one!!! We’ve never heard that one before. It took over an hour to get that one pillow. Way too long to wait. Staff was not friendly.
