Exceeded My Expectations

Liked: When checking in, The front desk attendant was phenomenally friendly and had such a positive calming energy. I forgot his name and I’m so sad I forgot because I wanted to give him a shoutout. I was so tired after driving 9 hours and he was such a welcome surprise. I will definitely be staying again when I pass through on my way to and from Kansas City. The Starbucks across the parking lot was a huge plus and the location was SO convenient. I’ve never had a better experience at a hotel.

Liked: I forget her name but the breakfast attendant was AMAZING. Would return just for her. Thank you!!
Disliked: First thing I smelled walking in the room was roach spray - gross. To be fair, couldn't find a sign of bugs anywhere, but just made it seem like they had a problem. Lots of hair in the bath tub and shower walls.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. We would give them an A++ Lots of stores around area to visit.
Disliked: Nothing. No complaints here.
