Liked: Was very disappointed my room was not clean hair in bathroom and towels as well as stains on bed then was sent to a different room where stink bugs were every where hair as well as spills that weren’t clean supervisor refused to speak to me I was told take my complaint up with booking.com

Liked: Pool was ice cold, coffee at breakfast was cold, bathroom door in the room wouldn’t lock, bath tub plug was broken so couldn’t fill the tub to give kids baths, lighting was dim, ac wouldn’t work

Lovely super clean suite and...

Liked: Room was spotless and actually very pretty. Breakfast was fabulous. The kids loved the pancake machine. Push a button and two fall onto ur plate. Nice coffee bar was available at all times. Pool heater was broke so we couldnt swim but our spacious king suite was nice to spread out with board games and coloring books.

Disliked: When arriving my total was 126 and change. My card statement says it’s 20$ more than agreed upon. The final total came out to 146 and change. Walking into our room there was a big sticky wet spot in the carpet that we kept stepping on. The room was gross. There was also mold/mildew in the bathroom which was an unsettling feeling.
