Excellent place to stay! Very pleased. Wanted something close to Hard Rock Casino and it convenient and a wonderful place to stay.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable; personable and helpful people working there. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Nothing.

Everything was good, would stay...

Liked: How the layout of the breakfast flow was well thought out, the food was delicious with a nice selection.Location of the hotel was very easy to find in Hammond.
Disliked: Explain to the receptionists to please talk a little slower. They know their job, the guests do not.

This was a quick overnight...

Liked: Property was in a good location and easy to get to. Breakfast was good. Linens were comfortable.
Disliked: Noisy heater in the room and it never did actually get the room warm. Low water pressure in the shower. Long black hair on one of the bath towels. Bed mattress was not very comfortable. No night light feature for the bathroom. Desk lamp was just off and I never did figure out how to turn it off.

Liked: Very clean, great staff.
Disliked: Heater in our room didn’t work. Maintenance arrived quickly but couldn’t fix it. We were offered the opportunity to change rooms but opted not to because we only stayed one night. Broken heater turned out not to be a problem during our short stay.

Great location off highway

Liked: Staff at the front desk was really friendly and breakfast was amazing. I was very surprised by the breakfast, it's been a long time since I've had a good breakfast at a hotel. Great location by bdubs and Wendy's. Loved the microwave, refrigerator, and full size iron board in the room. Beautiful view of the river.
Disliked: Ac was loud and I couldn't turn it off, shower took a long time to get hot. Stain on floor looked something from svu.And short staffed so I didn't want to bother front desk. Besides that I would recommend.

Liked: Clean and convenient
Disliked: Reeked of weed in hallways and lobby. They charged us an additional $50 twice as a guarantee that we wouldn’t do something I guess. We are an older couple and it seemed ridiculous to me after we prepaid $450. It dropped off of course but still it was on debit card. Not thrilled with this.
