Liked: The location was great, it wasn’t in a busy area.
Disliked: The hotel had flood damage earlier in the year and they were also housing people displaced by the flood. So the building wasn’t the cleanest.

Hotel from hell

Liked: Pool was great breakfast was decent, staff was nice in breakfast section.
Disliked: Staff, we're not nice at front desk!!!!!! Caused a lot of unnecessary stress regarding payment. Staff reached out 2 days before checking in, stating we needed to pay now or our room would be canceled.. we gave credit card info then when arriving we were told rooms were NOT paid for that we needed to send paper work to get authorization.1 out of 2 elevators we're down when arriving first night.. before bed BOTH Elevators were down. It was fixed late that night. The next day after breakfast they were both down again. Major inconvenience having to take 4 flights of stairs with luggage, children and elderly. Will never come back!

Liked: The pool, the room was fine, other guests were friendly.
Disliked: Ryan I think his name was, he was working the desk. I asked him questions and his response is that’s just how it is. Wasn’t overly friendly. Kind of ticked me off with his attitude. Elevators aren’t any good, spent 20 minutes going up and down over and over and never reached the floor I chose.
