Great stay, great staff, and...

Liked: Property is beautiful, it’s comfortable, and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They clearly had renovations going on but everything was out of the way and it didn’t interfere with anything.

Liked: 1. Room was affordable 2. Lighting was comfortable 3. TV worked great with lots of channels4. Beds were comfy5. Complimentary soaps and toothbrushes were nice touch6. The safe worked great7. Plenty of storage in the room8. No sign of bugs or pests, very clean9. AC worked great10. Water pressure wasn't great but temperature was good in shower11. No wait time for elevators12. Plenty of parking spaces12. Ice machines on the Same floor as room and working 13. Outlets work good in the room14. No wait time at check-in
Disliked: 1. The rooms are small, we had a double queen room.2. The pillows are terrible, you lay on them and they deflate completely. All show and no support 3. Breakfast was okay but limited. No milk for drink or cereal, nothing in the community mini fridge was cold. 4.) Bathroom sink smelled like sulfur, probably from city water5. Location is not the best but convenient

Liked: Michelle was very welcoming and had such an infectious positive attitude checking us in. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable, I just wish there were more pillows. The breakfast area was neat and I liked that it was organized.
Disliked: I really wish breakfast would have been available till 11:00 am but I understand it probably is to help cut on costs. The cable was fine and the tv could move pretty well so that is always a plus.

Felt uncomfortable for the rest...

Disliked: I did not like that shortly after checking in, while my partner was in the shower I heard a door open and close. I was putting my makeup on and looked a the entrance door to see the do not disturb sign swinging. I then noticed an air machine plugged up and figured they were looking for it. We came back from the wedding and the machine was gone which means someone entered while we were out. They first of all did not knock the first time, what if one or both of us were getting dressed or not dressed at all. Also I am not used to staff entering my room after I have checked in and have personal items in my room. They could have called and asked us to bring it down. I mentioned to the assistant manager that I was uncomfortable and not happy about it and all she did was apologize and said it has to be one of the staff and she will tell them to knock more vigorously. They did not knock at all and I will not stay there again!
