Overall good, room for improvement!!...

Liked: Exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect for our visit and there was an Excellent Italian restaurant for dinner. Perfect stay.
Disliked: I’m only 5’1 and the bed was much too high for me to get in. Ice machine wasn’t working- no sign/options.

Overall it was good but...

Liked: The room was clean and it was very quiet.
Disliked: I stay at Holiday Inn Express mostly because of the free breakfast. The breakfast was limited. No fruit. Not many options. And the area that sells snacks was almost empty. I got in the first night late and there was no bottled water or any other drinks offered or available for sale.

Liked: It was clean and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: Late check-in with no explanation or apology. The staff never smiled or made us feel welcome in any way. Breakfast items ran out, never refilled with 60 minutes left of service.
