Disliked: Broken bathroom sink, no toilet paper. No tissue paper in the bag was lumpy.

Other than the fire alarms...

Liked: Good breakfast, clean rooms.
Disliked: The fire alarms went off twice at 2am. Was staying for my sons Devos hospital trip and we weren't happy our kids were woken up, called the front desk to ask what was happening and the lady was very rude

Liked: Very clean, nice amenities, accommodating team, hot coffee and good breakfast. Bright lighting in the bathroom - thank you. The mattresses and pillows were SO comfortable! Great touch.
Disliked: I had only a few concerns - the tub was EXTREMELY slippery once in the shower. If there hadn’t been a grab bar, I would have fallen. Also, my teenaged daughter nearly also slipped and fell while reaching for her towel. Easy fix to prevent a liability. Second, there was quite a bit of ice buildup in the guest parking lot making unpacking/packing my vehicle a little precarious. I understand clearing it is much tougher when guests are parked there. Also, the USB ports between the beds do not work. Otherwise, FANTASTIC stay.
