Liked: The room was quite comfortable and plenty of room to move around.
Disliked: We reserved the room for 5 people specifically. There were only towels for 3 and there was no bedding for the pullout. If the question is asked it should be noted and accommodated for. Having to go back downstairs at 3 am after checking in is not ideal.

Comfortable but noisy.

Liked: I liked the location of the property and the amenities available.
Disliked: There was a noisy family above our room and we called the front desk about it and was told that because it wasn’t quiet hours, there was nothing they could do about it.

Liked: Close to Convention center. Clean, great breakfast.
Disliked: Can’t think of a thing.

No hot water and uncaring...

Liked: The bed and location were great.
Disliked: Water heater was broken, cold showers on very cold days, woke up after driving twelve hours and sleeping three hours to the housekeeper playing loud music at our door. The staff were like zombies and one of them acknowledged there were rooms we might be able to be moved to with hot water but the room wasn’t clean, no ifffer to clean it and move us. Horrible stay. Only good thing was location and comfy bed.
