Liked: The facility was clean modern. Staff was amazing.
Disliked: I have only one complaint in regards to my stay. There was a family with children placed above our room and the children were stomping their feet till the wee hours of the morning. I would recommend that people with children be placed on the first floor so that other patrons are not Disturbed by the pitter Pat of tiny feet

It's a really nice facility...

Liked: Beautiful facility, rooms were clean with high quality furnishings. TV had loads of channels and unlike other hotels I've stayed at, it was easy to operate the remote. The breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: When you used the GPS to get there, you end up in the middle of a parking lot, and the hotel is nowhere in sight. The signage is minimal and useless, with arrows pointing to nowhere. And everyone knows about this problem - I stopped at another nearby hotel and the person at reception said this was a well known issue. She directed me in the right general direction, but I still had to drive around a while until I finally saw the hotel over an incline. It still took me a while to figure out how to get there. The person at reception verified that they knew the GPS directions don't work. I suggested that they let people know how to get there when they send out the reservation confirmation. His response was "I don't know how they'd do that." Well FIGURE IT OUT.
