Everything was great.

I was ripped off.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable; it was the right location.
Disliked: I made a simple booking mistake by selecting a room for the wrong date. I immediately attempted to fix the problem, notifying the hotel within minutes. I called again 2 days later when I didn't hear from the hotel. I spoke to a customer service rep, who spoke to a manager. The manager changed my dates but charged me $60.00 extra.
