Passable

Liked: The bed was comfortable. And slept very well.
Disliked: There was no trash bag in main room. Lamp between beds light kept flickering and wouldn't charge my phone. There was hair in the sink and walls of the shower. Light was dim in room.

Clean and comfortable accomodations, but...

Liked: Location was as advertised and accessible. Front desk that answered the phone ( I called to let them know we were running later than planned) on Tuesday afternoon was excellent. He was still there when we arrived and went out of his way to assist.
Disliked: The front desk clerk that answered the phone on Tuesday afternoon was STILL on duty at 7:00 the following morning. His replacement that was scheduled for the night shift never showed.The advertised breakfast that was to begin at 6:30 am was not presented until some time after 8:15 (when we left the facility to find breakfast elsewhere). When we got back to the hotel, they did indeed have breakfast available but the juice machine was not in service. Water and milk were available. When I asked to be compensated for the breakfast we had to pay for (<$30 for 4), the desk clerk offered "points". Since we travel so little, we are not rewards members and asked to speak to the Manager on duty (General Manager). She responded very rudely without so much as an apology, pointing to the breakfast area and commented that breakfast was available. She refused any discount for our stay.We had 2 rooms which were on the same floor but at opposite ends of the hallway. There were many rooms between us that were not in use, so why couldn't we have been closer??

Disappointing

Disliked: Room 102 stunk of mold/mildew, as soon as I walked in I could smell it...too tired to fight with the girl to get another room, so just dealt with it..but it stunk
