It is a comfortable hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of cereals and a normal selection of hot foods.
Disliked: The only improvement would be complimentary Tesla charging stations. We have had those at other hotels and really appreciated having them.

Disliked: We paid with booking a month before our stay and when we leave the hotel charges the price of the 3 rooms again on everybodys card I was charged twice the room and twic ethe security deposit it was complicated to get refunded I had to call everyday and email them too and when thet finally refunded they kept 0.01$ very odd imagine they stole this from every customers

Bad policy for changing room

Liked: Regular breakfast.Small area for food . Therefore make a long line , need much time to wait.
Disliked: The worst policy: when I got the room card. Then went to the room, before i opened the door, I realized that this room is beside the pool and gym that there are much nosie. So I directly went back to front desk . I want to change a room because my kids need good sleep for next day competition. But the front desk girl rejected me because if room is not dirty, they can't change room. The pool nosie kept until 10:37PM even the pool is supposed be closed at 10:00PM. This policy is very bad policy, next time I try to avoid this hotel.

A great stay — as...

Liked: This hotel scores high on all acccounts. You get a very clean room, where you're able to relax in a comfortable bed and chairs. The room has a handy microwave oven and coffee maker and excellent lighting options: bedside lamps, desklamps, overhead lights -- perfect for relaxing and reading. The breakfast is better than what you'd expect from a buffet, with a variety of choices. (This is not the case in all the Holiday's Inns.) The all-important morning coffee could be a little stronger, but trust me, you've had a lot worse.The room price is a little too steep, and will encourage you to look around, but otherwise, this hotel will not disappoint.
Disliked: Be aware that the heating system in the room could be annoyingly loud; ours was. We turned it off at night so we could sleep properly. Room 502. Perhaps the machine needs to be serviced. An extra blanket in the room during cold nights would come in handy, but this is certainly not somenthing to worry about – especially if the heating system works properly.
