Very good

Liked: The bed was really nice. The room was big. Breakfast was good. And the soaps and lotions in the bathroom were really nice.
Disliked: The pool temperature was a little cold. It was ok for me. But my 2 year old didn't want to go in as it was too cold. It was wintertime, so it probably exaggerated the water temperature. In summer I bet it is really nice. For my wife, the gym was adequate, but she would have liked to have one or more machines for legs.

Clean, very good breakfast but...

Liked: Clean, spacious, great staff and very good breakfast.
Disliked: The indoor pool is nice but there are some corners around it that are VERY dangerous, specially for kids. So the pool needs some maintenance I think. Also, although the breakfast is very good, the utensils are all in a very 'cheap' plastic. I mean, I can buy a better one at Dollarama, seriously. I couldn't cut anything with the plastic knife... I understand that's easier to clean, but at least provide better quality utensils....!

It is a comfortable hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of cereals and a normal selection of hot foods.
Disliked: The only improvement would be complimentary Tesla charging stations. We have had those at other hotels and really appreciated having them.

Disliked: We paid with booking a month before our stay and when we leave the hotel charges the price of the 3 rooms again on everybodys card I was charged twice the room and twic ethe security deposit it was complicated to get refunded I had to call everyday and email them too and when thet finally refunded they kept 0.01$ very odd imagine they stole this from every customers
