Disliked: I was charged twice for the room. Staff did not pay attention to what I asked them to do with payment for incidentals and when I checked out the person lacked attention to detail and charged my card $180 when I already paid for the room on another card!!!! Then said their boss was not there and I had to wait until Monday to get my money back or for it to be fixed. I live 2 hours away. So I didn’t like anything and the room smelled bad and the fridge was dirty!!!

Liked: Staff member Kingsley (spelling? Sorry!) was FANTASTIC. She was helpful and responsive each and every time we needed anything. She needs a raise and a promotion!
