Satisfied.

Liked: The receptionist was so nice to give us extra room when we didn't get the proper room that we booked with no additional fee. My family is just so relieved & happy.

We will not be back...

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean
Disliked: The only reason we booked this hotel was for the heated indoor pool, we discovered the heater has not worked for a while. The ADA chair advertised for the pool also does not function. The staff were not friendly either when asked about any of this. Only one elevator was functioning as well, this hotel needs some work before it slips further into despair. The pool room also was not well lit nor were the towels stocked.

Disliked: The pool was freezing cold my kids couldnt even swim. Even the ac was on in the room that the pool was in. And location was surrounded by construction. Didnt stay the nights i booked because the reason i booked was for the indoor pool
