Disliked: I stayed here because my father in law had a heart attack and a few seizures and wasent in good shape and drive 4 hours away - the bad was Way too much to list , cleanliness was a issue with roaches and a unidentifiable black pill that the manger said was a vitamin which my daughter picked up which it definitely didn’t look like a vitamin and other stuff in the bathroom like blood stain on the wall - I have pictures of all of this which I told corporate I wouldn’t post and I couldn’t even enjoy playing basketball or swimming due to excessive drug use around the area not to mention the prostitutes around the building

Very nice and clean Holiday...

Liked: Very nice hotel with a beautiful pool area to hang out, very friendly and helpful staff, lots of parking spots and the rooms are functional but nice and very clean - one of my favorite hotels on my business trips half way from the North back to SWFL. Will definitely stay here again.

When agents go above and...

Liked: The room, the staff, the entire property. My husband and I had booked a room at a different hotel originally. However we decided to not stay and this hotel was the saving grace of our trip. When we checked in, I was shaking and almost in tears with anxiety after the bad hotel experience already and your agent calmed all of my anxieties. She calmed me down, helped get me all signed up for the loyalty program for the future, and saved our trip. I wish I had booked here from the start and I will from here on out!
Disliked: Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I would stay here every time I come visit.
