Clean, quiet room. Great breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Booked only for one night to attend a concert - would have loved to stay longer because everything about the service and room was perfect!

Disliked: We did not know that the hotel was officially closing at the end of February until we saw a sign on the vending machine. Amenities were limited or nonexistent because of impending closure. It was like staying in a ghost town hotel.

Very convenient location to Keswick Theatre; cab service available & reasonable. Overall - nothing fancy, but clean, with a friendly & helpful staff. We would stay again.

The Holiday Inn at Fort Washington was an amazing hotel experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The last best part about this hotel is the location. Fort Washington stop is next door for the general train service into Philly. Can't beat that!

Liked: Great safe location. Clean hotel lobby and rooms. Breakfast is organized, and there are lots of choices.
Disliked: Rooms did not have brochures of nearby restaurants or stores.

Disliked: The staff displayed rudeness to my colleague when he arrived. The room was properly booked. Staff did not take extra steps to search for confirmation. My colleague contacted me and because I had to research the problem, it delayed my travel over an hour. When I determined my colleague’s confirmation number, it was not until then the hotel staff took the extra initiative, that they then found his information. Because of the staff’s behavior, I will not stay at that hotel again.
