Will never use booking.com or...

Liked: The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The listing showed a whirlpool tub and a suite, there none on the premises. The elevators were not working and we were on the 5th floor and they did not notify us until we arrived.

Sucked

Liked: Kicked me out in middle of hurricane Milton. Refused to extend my room . No offer to sit in lobby hurricane pased. No advice on getting another room. No concern for my safety once my room time was up
Disliked: Concern for my safety in a hurricane with no place to go

Liked: Clean, convenient location and friendly staff
Disliked: Quite a few construction workers staying online property who utilize multiple parking spots with their big trucks/rigs.

Liked: We were very satisfied with everything...the service of all employees was great and the room was nice and the breakfast buffet was always delicious.
