Liked: I love the location from the Interstate and Toll roads. Restaurants were an appropriate distance away and it was a quiet location. No issues with room service and housekeeping. Breakfast was always plentiful.
Disliked: I have no complains at all. Everything was perfect for my situation. I let them know of any issue of my door beina able to open without a key. They marked as not available until the issue can be fixed.

Liked: The facility was clean. The staff was rude and unprofessional.
Disliked: TANDRA was the late night associate at the front desk. She refused to give us an extra blanket bc she said it was "policy". I think it was more of a personal reason I will not name on here, but she was rude and very unprofessional. She thought we were going to use the sofa bed in the room by getting an extra blanket. She said we did not book the sofa bed, yet we were placed in a room with one. I am sorry to anyonewhot has to deal with this unprofessional woman at the front desk. We always booked IHG hotels and we will no longer be doing so. If they continue to employ people like this...we do not want any part of these properties.
