Disliked: They gave us Adjoining room, it’s bad.I paid amount for queen room but they gave us adjoining room. That not comfortable, it’s too noisy and disturbing.

Liked: The holiday inn express was a welcome surprise short stay. The hotel was clean quiet and offered a very nice complimentary breakfast that was better than most I have experienced. A welcome surprise. I would recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Hotel was fine no dislikes.

Disliked: Needs some updates - mainly USB ports in rooms (ie in lamps etc) as this is the norm and we weren’t prepared r not have them. Not a huge deal but should be in line with the times.

Liked: Good breakfast and variety. I have special dietary issues so unfortunately can't take advantage of what you offer that is geared to main stream populace
Disliked: Location ok, a bit out of the way.

Liked: The room was spacious, beds were comfy, clean. Very good location. Good breakfast
Disliked: The air conditioning in the room was really loud at night, so we had to turn it off while we slept. But because it was turned off, it made it warm in the room. Not sure if the air conditioning was normal to be that loud?

Disliked: Very noisy room carpets need a refresh. Room smelt like dogs. Could hear coughing and footsteps all night. Also toilet flushing. Paper thin walls and floors. Heat smelt like something was burning when turned on had to keep it off. Someone left a lovely deposit of vomit almost stepped in it on my way out of the side exit. Large tourist bus in the morning woke us up with the noise at 5am. Tour operator seemed unaware that there are other people staying in Hotel. No room in the breakfast area because of bus tour. All food gone by 6:45am.
