Liked: The staff was amazing and accommodating. Especially employee the night person. She gets two thumbs up!
Disliked: The mattress in our room had a pretty large divot in it. We dont think the hotel was aware of it until we told them. They need more foam pillows for those allergic to feathered pillows.

Liked: Very quiet, nice room and accommodating staff. Great location to travel into Fredericksburg. I have to say there was an amazing pool and hot tub!! Truly one of a kind. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Location and access are excellent. Great breakfast, clean room, and pool are really nice!
Disliked: The desk clerk confused about our room being ready, and ran back and forth with no explanation, then charged me twice for the same room. I had to have the auditor straighten it out. Others were waiting on their rooms also. The sh had no pressure at all.
