wonderful location but outdated infrastructure....

Liked: location is excellent for the winter park area.Free parking provided as it usually happens in this area, so this is the default.Staff was helpful offering storage for our bikes during a rainy day.
Disliked: outdated hotel with old carpets all over the hotel, leading to musky odor.Poor quality breakfast but it was free.We could not access Netflix on the TV ( it needs smart TV sets).

Great place to stay

Liked: The breakfast was the best I have ever had and we have traveled a lot.Room was clean and comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: Nothing.

Location met the needs of...

Liked: Location was excellent!Night Desk Clerk was awesome!
Disliked: Moring desk person wore her hoodie almost covering whole face and was not very personable.Breakfast employee seemed really new and was slow filling items up and appeared poorly trained.
