Liked: Breakfast was delish. The room was super clean and the beds super comfortable. The staff was so nice and even gave me and extra hour at check out.

Liked: We had an accessible room but the hearing feature doorbell didn’t work in the room on the 4th floor and when one of my family members were showering one of the grab bars fell down with her barely touching it

Hotel good, website not so...

Liked: Brekkie was great. Room was comfy and had all the basic amenities you would expect.
Disliked: It is not a problem with the hotel, but with Booking dot com. The website made it sound like the room had separate bedrooms, which is what we wanted bc we enjoy our separate spaces as much as our together time. So that was annoying. Please change the description to match the reality of the room. The hotel was awesome for the price, but this website is kinda janky.

Not the best stay i...

Liked: I liked the shades because it made sure no light came through at night.
Disliked: The pool was freezing cold, the breakfast didn't have much flavor, there was no insulation in the walls i could hear everyone around us, there was hair stuck in our towels, we called to have service done and they said they don't do it on the weekends, we asked for more pillows and they told us we had to go down and get them.
