Liked: Everything was comfortable my grandson actually slept in the bed lol see he's autistic and he likes to sleep in the floor at home. But he actually slept in the bed.We were very surprised and happy

Hotel good, website not so...

Liked: Brekkie was great. Room was comfy and had all the basic amenities you would expect.
Disliked: It is not a problem with the hotel, but with Booking dot com. The website made it sound like the room had separate bedrooms, which is what we wanted bc we enjoy our separate spaces as much as our together time. So that was annoying. Please change the description to match the reality of the room. The hotel was awesome for the price, but this website is kinda janky.

Not the best stay i...

Liked: I liked the shades because it made sure no light came through at night.
Disliked: The pool was freezing cold, the breakfast didn't have much flavor, there was no insulation in the walls i could hear everyone around us, there was hair stuck in our towels, we called to have service done and they said they don't do it on the weekends, we asked for more pillows and they told us we had to go down and get them.

Adequate for a one-night concert...

Liked: Breakfast was a good, standard complimentary breakfast. Lovely beds that had some flat pillows! Most hotels give you the cloud bricks, but not everyone sleeps with those at home! Loved the swan towel, nice touch.
Disliked: I know it may or may not happen, but I did put a request for a picture to be placed in my room and it wasn't. But hey, that's a 50/50 at best, so it didn't really adversely affect my experience at the hotel.
