Liked: Room was large and very well equipped. The bed was really comfortable. I have a bad back but woke up refreshed and feeling great.

Bait and switch

Disliked: I had rented a king size bed room and got a room with 2 small regular beds. When I asked for help fixing their error then nothing was done or offered at all. Not friendly or helpful. Didn't care that I was not happy. Very unprofessional.

Liked: Spacious room, comfortable beds and clean. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The room description on Booking.com was inaccurate. It said it was a two bedroom suite but should have just been listed as a room with two beds and a sofa.

Liked: Very clean rooms, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and the front desk staff were very pleasant.
Disliked: The other guests were very noisy but that is not the hotels fault
