Excellent value for money

Liked: I travel a lot, and I can say that the Holiday Inn chain in the US offers excellent value for money. The staff are very polite, the prices are competitive, the rooms are very clean, and the shower and bed are great for a good night's sleep. The breakfast is reasonable, but it helps a lot before hitting the road.
Disliked: I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and only on the first day was there room service and it was partial (only for the bathroom). This is bad because I had to ask for towels to be changed and for more toilet paper. This needs to be improved because I didn't put a sign on the door to ignore the cleaning service.

Will not return. Still waiting...

Disliked: Cleanliness and basic room amenities were not available and breakfast staff was rude and shut down the breakfast an hour early on New Years Day
