Liked: Location was perfect. My son in law even laughed and asked if I could have gotten them any closer to a WalMart!

Location to Fleming Island was...

Liked: Breakfast was OK. Location to Fleming Island was perfect. Plenty of food nearby.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Disliked: Their policy that goes against our constitution specifically the 2nd Amendment. I’ll never stay at any of their hotels again while that policy is in place.

Disliked: Short staff when I arrived so room service not available and I had to go to front desk to get extra towels and sheets .

Disgusting bathtubs that don't drain....

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: This hotel has a known plumbing issue. The staff ignores it and when you bring it to there attention they don't write anything down or send anyone to fix it. The bathtubs don't drain and cause all the bacteria and other debris to come up the drain into the bathtub where you are showering. So you have your feet in a tub full of other people's hair and who knows what else. It is disgusting. The issue was never fixed when I was there. When we were eating breakfast there were other guest on different floors complaining about the same thing and the staff tried acting surprised but did nothing also. When I checked out I again told them so they could fix this prior to the next guest so they don't have the same experience. The lady didn't even care, didn't put a note in the system. This is something they are aware of and are negligently ignoring. I am back home now and have a fungus on my foot. Stay away from this hotel it is not being ran properly and is not safe for your health to stay in.
