Disliked: My room was at the beginning of the hallway on main floor, I would hear slamming sounds of a lid of some sort off and on.. but was quiet when I was sleeping

Liked: Clean, comfortable, decent breakfast
Disliked: Room category wasn't what we booked. We booked room with a tub and a view. We got a handicap accessible room with a view of parking lot.

We require better handicap facilities.

Disliked: The body wash bottle in the shower was empty. The room was listed as handicap accessible, but only had a bar neat the shower head. The shower head was not removal and the base was a tub with a high side my handicapped wife had to try to step over risking a fall.

Disliked: That I couldn't close the curtains. I'm a light sleeper so I like it dark. couldn't close the curtains so light from outside came right in.
