Liked: We loved the location of the hotel. It was within reasonable walking distance of the Ford Center which hosts all sorts of events. We loved the breakfast options available in the morning. We also truly enjoyed the view from our room. We could see the river from the windows and we really loved that.
Disliked: We did not like the cost of the room and how there was an incidentals fee that was not disclosed upfront. Only when we were checking in. We also were not fond of the layout of the room. We felt like the designers could have put the space provided for the room to much better use.

Liked: The hotel was clean, location was great, the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The GM Robert was so rude, disrespectful and no help at all. He could not find my reservation and just told me nothing he could do and he continued to check other people in. After I contacted booking.com (the call cost me $96.00!) they called the hotel and the other staff member found my reservation. The next morning when I spoke with him he told me it was my fault for putting myy name in wrong
