Disliked: My reservation was canceled without my knowledge and the front desk person wasn’t apologetic acted more like it was a normal thing. Our room wasn’t as clean as I’d expect and we had no Kleenex, almost ran out of toilet paper.

Liked: The breakfast was great. There were several different options for everyone's liking.

Liked: The breakfast was good. And the cook was very nice
Disliked: I was charge for hidden fees. No one inform me that I didn't have free parking. The staff gave me my room key card and just told me that I can parked across the street in Holiday Inn parking lot. The day I was leaving I was charged $20 and I had another hidden fee for $5 for wifi access. Need to dispute these items.

Liked: Convenient location downtown. Price was good and staff was courteous as quick to respond to our needs.
Disliked: We didn’t really care for having to park across the busy street from the facility. We had reserved a Kind room but we’re placed in a Queen. The staff was quick to find us another room.

Enjoyable stay, I definitely relaxed...
