Absolutely stay here.

Liked: The room was clean and quiet with well kept furnishings. The bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water, with Dove brand soaps and lotion. The bed offered a choice of firm and soft pillows, and combined with the blackout drapes, set me up for good sleep. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.
Disliked: The only thing that could have been improved for me was the coffee at breakfast, and it wasn't awful, it was just obviously syrup injection-type instead of fresh brewed. Everything else was good. Legit, a solid hotel.

Liked: Breakfast was good & bed was comfortable
Disliked: Bathroom was not clean. There were many short black hairs all over the bathroom
