Liked: Newer hotel, clean vibe, variety options for breakfast. Great location for skiing and exploring near by, for ex - Lake Geneva. Good restaurants in the area.
Disliked: bed is way too soft

Liked: Place was clean, and fine for an overnight.
Disliked: Breakfast was bad, and there was no food for chunks of time as people waited.

Disliked: Only 1 person running breakfast and poor girl couldn't keep up with food needs. Hot water for tea and hot chocolate never refilled. Tables not clean. Should have had 2 people for a Sunday morning of Winterfest

Liked: Everyone was so nice. 10/10 experience
Disliked: Everything was perfect

Great place to stay

Liked: Room was comfy and heat was easily regulated. Check in was simple. Everything in the room was taken care of nicely.. we have stayed here before and it is a great hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok but there was no brown sugar for the oatmeal. Very disappointing. Elevators need a vacuum but for the most part...a great place to stay.

Disliked: No water pressure and hair found in shower and on the floor Breakfast was ok the eggs were burnt and sausage was overcooked it looked like it was mixed from prior days the hot food and just warmed up
