Best first hotel stay!

Liked: The bathroom was beautiful and the shower was great! The bed was so comfortable when it was time for checkout I didn’t want to leave.
Disliked: Nothing everything was amazing!

Make sure you call ahead...

Liked: I really liked that they had complimentary breakfast there, which was really good. They had quite a bit of options. The parking was really good too, we were able to park up front. I liked the beds, they pillows and blankets were super comfy. The front desk staff was nice and very accommodating.
Disliked: We reserved a room with two queen beds and a couch bed, but apparently since we ordered thru a third-party website, they had over-booked and we didn't get our couch bed. Hhowever, the front desk was kind enough to offer a discounted room rate for two nights. Also, the pool was closed the day we got there to work on the a/c but the entire weekend there was nobody working on anything, I felt they could've waited to close the pool, my family was really looking forward to that. Our room was small, but that was expected since we didn't have our couch bed, but the fridge wasn't properly working either, so none of our drinks were cold!

Disliked: The pool/ Hot tub was not working!

Superb

Liked: Front desk staff, at check-in, was friendly and polite. Breakfast was hot and delicious.
Disliked: I thought housekeeping would be checking in daily to restock towels and toiletries, as needed, but that was not the case. When I called to ask for more towels, I was not given what I asked for. Other than that, I will definitely stay here next time I visit the area.

Liked: It was nice and clean and peaceful
Disliked: The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable my husband woke up with really bad body and back pain. Kept getting hot and cold on the water getting out of the shower meet your body feel really dry.

Pleasant

Disliked: The swimming pool wasn't working due to the air conditioner getting repaired. They had a sign that said until the 17th. We didn't get a call confirming our stay so we didn't get informed of it ahead of time.We stayed for 3 nights and the first 2 days our room didn't got cleaned so we had to ask for clean towels and almost threw away our trash if it wasnt't for the guy that was in the repairing room that took it off our hands. Other than that our stay was very good. For the price we paid we think it could've been better. Rooms were clean. Front desk was friendly.
