Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: I do not think a person should have to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot when you are paying for a room there. Also, I booked a room (through Bookings.com) with 2 queen size beds, but when we got there the room was not available, this is unacceptable. We had 4 people and had to take a room with a King size bed and a sofa bed. Again, unacceptable. This is why I do not like to book through Bookings.com or Hotels.com

Overall, a good overnight stay.

Liked: Horrible Experience – Completely Inaccessible!I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express and suited, and it was an absolute nightmare. Despite checking beforehand, this hotel is NOT accessible for people with disabilities. There were no ramps, the elevators were tiny and unreliable, and the so-called “accessible room” was anything but. The bathroom was impossible to use, and there were no proper accommodations for wheelchair users or people with mobility issues.When I brought up these issues with the staff, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I was basically left to struggle the entire stay. I ended up having to cut my trip short because it was just too difficult to get around. For a hotel that claims to be welcoming to all guests, this was a complete joke.I want my money back because I paid for a stay that I couldn’t even fully experience. If you have any kind of disability or need accessibility, stay FAR away from this place!
Disliked: Nothing to be honest I only stood there one night.

Liked: Great location, right off the freeway. The staff was amazing! Great layout in the room. Comfy beds.
Disliked: The perfume smell in the room was very strong. The air conditioner was super loud. Breakfast was a letdown.
