Liked: The parking availability
Disliked: The front desk named Angelina was not nice. We arrived at 11pm from 17hrs long drive. One of the receptionist [chinese lady] said she couldn’t find my booking. I’ve shown her my booking details and confirmation #. Angelina said we don’t have a room available and smirked on me. (Not just once. Her face shown that she was irritated on my presence. I felt the racism on that very moment. When other guest showed up, she smiled at them and seemed to be friendly. But for us, nothing. It seems like we are homeless in there. That was a very frustrating treatment. We don’t feel welcomed on that moment. I booked a king size bedroom months before our trip and I secured that booking using my cc. I said to the other front desk that I feel frustrated from being so tired from my travel and yet they cannot accomodate us. She called her manager and tried to find ways for us. We waited for around 20-30mins to hear if we will be having a room or not. Thankfully, she gave us a two queen size bedroom. That was truly better than nothing. In my end, i just got disappointed with how my booking was not secured. I should have not took so much time choosing my bedroom if I will end up to whatever is available. If not because of the other front desk lady, we have end up maybe looking for another hotel who can accomodate us. Before our arrival, i messaged the hotel that I will be late for check in, and i got the response that my request has been approved. I have in mind that my room has been given to other guest. For the entire 3 nights that we stayed in there, i don’t like to look in the frontdesk area especially when I am passing by and seeing that rude girl. That was the most unpleasant experience I ever had. Your hotel was nice..the bed was comfortable but one of your worker is not welcoming. I hope you will do something about it. I don’t see myself coming back to a place who treats people differently.Before booking that, i read so much good reviews about your hotel.
