The stay was good. We...
Liked: The breakfast was fine..( I only eat yogurt and oatmeal) my husband loved the other choices. The gal that was working was very happy and friendly. The room was very clean and the layout was very clean and organized.
Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like was the darn heating unit in the wall. I understand that it’s best you need for each individual room.Ours was blowing cold air( it could have been me I was pushing buttons)Anyway the desk clerk ( very polite and caring) came up and quickly fixed it and it worked the rest of the night fine. Just a bit loud.

Breakfast, pool and easy ride...
Liked: We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, while the kids enjoyed the pool. Having breakfast on site, included in the price of the stay, helps jumpstart the day.
Disliked: None that I can think of right now.

A review of my stay
Liked: The hotel is conveniently located just 18 minutes from Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The check-in process was smooth, facilitated by a friendly clerk, and the checkout experience was equally pleasant with a staff member named Heaven. The breakfast offered was satisfactory, providing a good start to the day. Additionally, the hotel's common area on the lower level was both decorative and inviting, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Disliked: Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my stay. Firstly, the condition of our hotel room left much to be desired. Specifically, the bathtub contained hair and dirt, the sink had scum on its underside, and the toilet seat showed signs of wear and should have been replaced. Additionally, the shower curtain appeared dirty and had visible mold, while the ceiling in the bathroom also required attention.Moreover, the heating system did not function properly on our first night, which was quite uncomfortable. The pull-out sofa had dirt beneath the mattress and noticeable stains on its cushions, further detracting from our overall experience.On our final night, December 26, 2024, my daughter requested an extra blanket; however, the night shift front desk clerk informed her that we would need to give up a blanket to get another one. I felt this request was unreasonable, and I addressed the situation upon checkout. The checkout clerk by the name of Heaven, whom I spoke to at that time, was understanding and apologized for the prior clerk's behavior regarding the blanket.
