Liked: Staff was very nice. Everyone was very accommodating. The only downside was the whole facility was under rehab. We were stepping over cords and seeing most signs were taped to the wall or laying on the carpet to direct folks through the space. Certainly nothing the staff could do, they were very apologetic over the fact that they were in the midst of reconstruction.

Despite the issues and noise...

Liked: Room was nice clean and comfortable
Disliked: A group of drunk adults where extremely loud. They where in an out of the hallway roaming all over the hotel and extremely obnoxious. My 11yr old daughter was nervous. I complained to the front desk twice around 1am an it wasn't until about 3am the group was removed when the cops showed up.

Renovation success

Liked: We were placed in a recently renovated room and it looks and feels great. Clean, well organized and the blackout shades were amazing. The new lobby is just as awesome. The service was fantastic at breakfast and the food options were especially good. Lots to choose from.
