Disliked: The room had blood stains all over the curtains and on the bedding themselves!

Clean and Comfortable

Liked: The hotel is easy to get to and met all of our expectations after a long drive. The staff were friendly, especially in the breakfast area and the property is clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a lot of good options. We would stay here again.
Disliked: Not much to complain about. It was a great place to spend an evening.

Great price for a quality...

Liked: The hotel was very clean. We could smell that as soon as we walked into the facility. We travel a lot because of our college daughter going to Syracuse Univ. And we have stayed in many hotels. This hotel was very clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: No complaints.

Spectacular service!

Liked: The staff was amazing! Usually, hotels make your bed and change your towels only on the third day of your stay or if requested. Here, our room was tidy everyday! Beds were made and towels were changed. When we arrived they had cold water and soda available and breakfast was really wonderful with a variety of choices everyday. I wish they had a waffle maker but they did have a pancake maker. The first I have ever seen.
Disliked: The property does need an upgrade…carpets and wallpaper. But as always, upgrades do take time and money.

Decent stay - overpriced for...

Liked: The staff was excellent and you can see they care and put in a good deal of effort.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit dated and rug in the room is dingy.
