Liked: The girl that talks funny is very rude. When calling and asking simple questions about the facility, I was rudely hung up on.. then when I called asking about the return of my deposit, she was rude, and I was hung up on again. Then, when I called back, I was placed on hold for a mighty long time. So I had to call the ihg customer service line to get things going. I will never stay there again. Both times were horrible when it came to customer service. However, it was only the one girl. And not to be rude abouher,, but she is white and has a speech impediment. The other girls were nice and professional.
