Liked: At first site of the room, was clean and looked nice-
Disliked: A rage party with loud, & yelling people at midnight and pot smell /smoke in hallway.Called front desk, they said that they’d sent ‘security’ to address the issue. It was not addressed. So then went down to the front desk and the nite desk clerk could care less but After pressing him, he did move my room. But overall seemed apathetic & also we’re not apologetic and the 2nd room wasn’t as nice compared to first room (that was more $.)My nights sleep was ruined and I felt unsafe. Was in Denver for dr appts the next morning. Was a terrible nite. Isn’t there supposed to be quiet time after 10 pm?The next day called the hotel manager to followup and report the issue - Ashley, the ‘manager’, was also apathetic, argumentative and stated that that there was no security report filed about any party or disturbance - (that is their problem if no security report was filed?) Overall, all staff interacted with were not helpful and were apathetic. A call back from Ashley was requested regarding further followup on the entire debacle. No call back. I’d suggest (Regional) Holiday Inn Express corporate management look into this.
