Liked: The cleaning and freshness of the room and the hole facility.
Disliked: The mattresses it looks like it need newer ones. When you lay down the body print stays there :)

Liked: They had a room
Disliked: The front desk put me in a king room first and I had to go back down to the front desk straighten them out because at booking.com I specified a double queen standard room. They made a bit of a stink about finding the type of room I paid for even though I was checking in at midafternoon and the hotel was half empty. Then they demanded my booking.com confirmation number and when I wrote it down for them they weren’t satisfied; they didn’t say they wanted me to forward the booking email but that’s what they wanted me to provide them instead. They treated me like they were my boss and I was an underperforming employee. I don’t like that type of BS from the service industry.
