Liked: The staff was great during check In.
Disliked: My family and I were woken up at 6:30 am, up until around 10 am. I called the front desk to report the personnel above us were loud for several hours, the noise did not subside therefore we left before check out.

Liked: Overall the the room was good, the the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. I enjoyed the lobby area it was very seasonal and welcoming. The room was clean and there was plenty of towels.
Disliked: I was a little concerned about how the GPS had me and a family member enter the Hotel's parking lot. The hotel was not located in a bad place; it was right off the highway and very convenient when leaving. Personally, the GPS had us come weirdly.The second thing I had a problem with was my Wi-Fi in the room; I'm not sure if it was my laptop or the Wi-Fi itself. The front desk did give me an IT number to call, and I had them help me with my connection. It did work after a while, but it came in and out sometimes during my stay. No one else seemed to have a problem.
