Liked: They had a washer and dryer that actually worked. They hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The WiFi was not the best but it was also not the worst.

Comfortable

Liked: Room was spacious and well equipped. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I was counting on the available EV charging, however, it is not complimentary and I was not able to get the app to work, so I had to go elsewhere to charge.

Disliked: We booked this hotel and paid more just for the pool. Also got my brother to book it for the pool. Only to find pool was in perfect condition “closed for season” . For $400 for 1 night. There was nothing for the kids to do, we were all so disappointed.

Clean property with friendly staff....

Liked: Firm and soft pillow options were very nice. Breakfast was pretty darn good. I was up very early to go for a run and they were just starting to set up for breakfast. Even though breakfast didn’t open for over an hour the guy setting things up offered me a muffin and a cup of coffee. Seems like a small gesture but, It made a massive difference in my day.
Disliked: Pool was closed and the sign stating it was closed looked rather permanent as though it hadn’t been open in months. If you are unable to offer a pool, you need to remove it from your list of amenities. I understand things happen, equipment breaks etc…but it really seemed like it was simply closed for the winter or something. This should have been reflected on the website and also mentioned to us at check in.
