Very pleased!

Liked: My grandchildren were pleased with breakfast. My oldest grandson left a bag containing his retainer and other things.; and staff located it and had it waiting at reception desk when his father returned for it. Receptionist were friendly and polite. Room service was quick to provide Extra bedding when my grandchildren asked to stay the night. Bathroom was a great size and was a wonderful floor plan. Electrical outlets and ports were easily accessible. Elevator traffic was low and hardly any wait time.
Disliked: 2 comments from a scooter using mobility challenged senior. 1) the layout of room did not allow easy maneuvering in the room with a scooter. 2 ) the bed was very comfortable BUT it sits so high off the floor! I had to use my scooter to lift my self onto bed and put my feet on scooter seat to get my legs onto bed. I don’t know how a wheelchair bound person traveling alone could maneuver onto the bed. I will add that the rolll in shower was not and had a step over AND, I was very intimidated by the full length glass doors. I am sure they are shatter resistant but I was afraid to use it. We did not have enough time to enjoy the pool.
