Definitely a great stay overall

Liked: It was a great experience. The staff was nice and it was easy to find. The room was very clean and comfy would definitely stay again. The only problem I had were the people around us did a lot of banging throughout the night but other than that we had a great stay.

Liked: The facilities are OK except for the bad experience we had.
Disliked: - Noise reduction of the room 207 windows- Attitude of the receptionist.We hated the stay at the hotel. I reserved the room on March 1st, and yet they put us in the only room that is located just above the compressors of (i guess) the air-conditioning system, which meant unbearable noise through the night. We requested to change the room. The lady at the reception said we were the first to complain about that and that she was there for 6 years and never had a single complaint on that noise. Her boss was unavailable, to approve room change, so she offered to give us ear plugs which we late took but they were useless. Later, close to midnight other lady said the hotel was fully booked while on Booking.Com site there still was a room available and so non. I tried to reserve a room at another hotel but had no answer. We had to stay there or sleep in our car. I would never agree to take room 207. It does not have noise proof windows. No need to mention that the following day was terrible for us, not having slept most of the night and felt helpless and stuck. Liked: I feel like this location overall does a great job.
Disliked: It would have helped to know that you need to ask for bed making service and that you have to ask for clean towels. I did not notice any signs about this.
