Liked: initial cleanliness, breakfast.
Disliked: couldn't obtain room service on our 4 day stay. Had to ask front desk for new bath towels, toilet paper. Room was not cleaned during our stay.

Disliked: Location was a bit cumbersome to get to, I thought it would be closer to Love Field Airport .

Liked: Close to bars and food and shopping very comfortable and not complicated
Disliked: How loud the bars were you could hear all the music coming from the 3 bars surrounding the hotel definitely keep your tv on to drown out the music if your trying to sleep

Comfortable Hotel Stay

Liked: We stayed with 2 adults, 1 teen, and 2 toddlers for 1 night. The room was clean and accommodated everyone well. There were alot of options for breakfast. There was something for everyone. The indoor pool was nice. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.
Disliked: The food warmers could be a little hotter. We ate breakfast around 6:30 am and it was barely warm. Or maybe have a microwave in the breakfast area.
